You can also try Bennie Cut-off Trail which is located in Payson, Utah. It is a single track trail and has a 1 mile uphill climb which is followed by 3 miles of steep descent. It is known to be one of the best downhills in town.

Cold Creek Overlook located at Ogden, Utah is another best trail in Utah though you have to be cautious as well because there are also some people who use the trail for horse riding. The place gets crowded over the weekend. You will also be challenged because there are several uphills and downhills as you ride the trail. But all the more, when you reach the end, you will be gratified. Make sure that you carry a self defense tool as you visit the place.
