Thumbs Up Canada: In Spain

I finally made it to Madrid yesterday after missing my flight in Amsterdam and waiting for the next available flight which was a few hours later. I arrived in Madrid late and I was feeling tired from the trip but my host Carlos was really nice and invited me to drink some drinks with his gf. We had to wait a quite a while coz the place was really crowded but we had a great time nevertheless.

Right now, I am in Leon. I actually took the first class train here. Was it ever expensive! I had to do it coz it was the soonest train I can find. I wanted to be in Leon already to start my Camino.

I thought my host in Leon was already sleeping so I had to find a hotel where I am staying now. Then I got an email from him saying that he just got the message. But I already booked the hotel so we just? decided to meet. I just got in now and its 4 am! How am I gonna wake up to do the Camino tomorrow? :(

I hope I wake up in time!
